Crystal S. McNiel MSW, LCSW
Crystal received her Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University, Boone NC and Masters degree in social worker from UNC-Chapel Hill, NC. Crystal has over 10 years working with young children and their families. Crystal specializes in working with young children facing many issues including abuse/trauma, attachment issues, post traumatic stress, developmental delays, and behavioral problems. Crystal provides individual and family therapy. Crystal works with parents to provide treatment, education and training so they are better equipped to deal with their children’s issues and needs. Crystal utilizes a variety of approaches in working with children including play therapy, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR.
Ginny Harrison MA, NCC, LPC
Ginny received her Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education from Lenior Rhyne University, Hickory, NC. Ginny received her Masters of Art in Counseling from Appalachian State University, Boone NC. Ginny has vast experience working with children and families in numerous settings including hospital, church, fitness and educational in addition to her clinical work. Ginny provides counseling for children, adolescents, adults and families assisting them in maximizing their emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical health. Ginny works with individuals who may be dealing with family/parenting issues, adolescent issues, behavioral issues, ADHD, PDD, anxiety, depression, grief, domestic violence, and child abuse.
Anna George MA, LPC
Anna received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNC-Charlotte, NC. Anna received her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg Va. Anna has experience working with families and children in a variety of settings. Anna provides counseling for children, adolescents, and families. Anna specializes in working with young children and their families on issues including abuse/trauma, attachment issues, post traumatic stress, developmental delays, and behavioral problems.
King Jones MSW, LCSW
King Jones is passionate about serving children and their families and has worked with them in various settings for over 15 years. He completed his undergraduate education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. King has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. He has also completed training in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), an approach that considers the effect of trauma and/or stress on brain development. King specializes in working with children who have experienced trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral problems.
Carrie Head MSW, LCSW
Carrie received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Appalachian State University and Masters of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. Carrie has over eight years of experience working with children and families in various roles. Carrie provides counseling for children and families facing many issues including depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral issues, abuse/neglect and domestic violence.
Casey Jones MSW, LCSW
Casey completed her undergraduate education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Casey works with children, adolescents and families. Casey has experience working with children and families for over 11 years. Casey specializes in working with Parent-Child Relational Problems, Attachment Disorders, Adoption and/or Foster Care, Adjustment Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders , Self-Injury, Social Anxiety, Conduct Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, Abuse and Neglect related issues, Self Esteem, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). Casey utilizes a variety of approaches in working with children and families including Play Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and is also trained in Triple P Parenting.
